shipping + returns
RETURNS
all of our pieces are designed with the intention that you will love them, but if for any reason you don’t, we are here to help. you are welcome to request a refund (see form at the bottom of the page) within 14 days of the original shipment and we can offer you a full refund. you will be sent a return slip, as well as return shipping information when we receive your request. once your items have been received by us, we will issue your refund. please be aware that returns take up to 5 business days to process after they have been received.
if you need to exchange an item for a different size, you will also send us a return request (see form at the bottom of the page) and specify that your return reason is to “resize”. please be sure to include which items are being returned for the purpose of resizing, and what their new size will need to be.
all returned items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return. if you aren’t sure if your merchandise is eligible for return, please contact us. all custom and personalized items are ineligible for returns and refunds.
please be aware that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, with the exception of an item arriving in unacceptable condition. when returning items, we highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, such as UPS, USPS First Class with tracking, or FedEx. we are not responsible for lost/missing packages. it is also recommended to insure your package for the full value of the returned items.

at this time, shipping is only available to US territories. not to worry, this will be extended to countries outside of the US soon!
what if i want to pick up my ashr order in person, because we are BFF’s?
no problem, bestie. purchase your order as you normally would and select what time frame you need your order by. if your order is in no rush, select economy shipping and contact us. if you need your order faster, select standard shipping and contact us to be refunded $3.00 from the expedited shipping cost.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
because each piece of ashr jewelry is made by hand, orders placed with economy shipping will be shipped 1-2 weeks from the purchase date. orders placed with standard shipping will be shipped 1 week from the purchase date. we use USPS to ship your orders, so most domestic orders should arrive 2-3 business days after shipping.
